The custom build has many layers and we work interactively with the client to assist in the design and build of their dream home. From start to finish, it can take anywhere from one to three years depending on the scope and scale of the project.

TURN-AROUND IS AS LITTLE AS 10 WEEKS.
A modular home is a fixed cost option from the start as homes are factory built. Engineering and construction are done by Honomobo in Edmonton, Alberta. The process is completely turnkey including being fully landscaped as well as the advantage of having all your belongings arranged to be moved in for you.
